Building A Brand And Earning Trust
When we first met Dr. Susie Gronski, she had been previously burned by a shoddy producer on the very first incarnation of the Summit, who left her with no access to anything having to do with that first event. Because of this, developing a relationship with her to work on the 2025 Summit, meant also having to be patient, flexible, transparent, and work to earn her trust. We worked with Dr. Gronski and her team to ensure that all accounts, logins, etc. were either created by her team or completely shared, as well as made triple sure that we haven’t taken a single step without having her completely in the loop and approving.
The product of this collaboration continues to amaze. LARA Marketing Group designed and built a fully custom virtual ecosystem for the 2025 Men’s Pelvic Health Summit, transforming a virtual event into a comprehensive, always-on digital experience. The platform featured downloadable clinical summaries, a robust resource library curated with books, YouTube channels, podcasts, and expert tools, a centralized attendee hub for seamless CEU registration, a high traffic networking lounge, and more.
We also developed a fully integrated On-Demand Hub, enabling attendees to access sessions and content long after the live event concluded. Every element was strategically built to extend the lifecycle of the summit, and the impact was clear—the site continued to drive meaningful on-demand traffic and engagement more than six months after the event, reinforcing its value as both an educational resource and a long-term audience-building asset.
